Export documentation preparation
China deregistration and file compilation: certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, registration, certificate of conformity, export license.

International transport & logistics
Groupage (LCL), full container (FCL) or personal; lashing, marine insurance, bill of lading and real-time tracking.

Customs clearance
Coordination with a licensed agent: declaration, duties and taxes, local certificates, homologation if required, release.

Frequently asked questions
How much do your services cost?
Your request is free. When the file is opened, a deposit of 30,000 FCFA is planned: it covers the quote and three weeks of support. The quote then details every line: product price, inspection, transport, customs and delivery. You know the total before deciding.
Is the 30,000 FCFA deposit compulsory?
It is recommended, but it can be waived depending on your situation. Talk to your advisor.
What if the goods arrive damaged or not as ordered?
We inspect the goods before loading and send you photos and a video. On delivery, tell your advisor as soon as you notice a problem: we record it with you and start the claim with the supplier.
How do I know where my file stands?
As soon as you send your request, you receive a file number and a tracking link. Open it at any time to see the current step. You can also write to us on WhatsApp.
Can I pay in installments?
Payment follows the steps of the file: a deposit when it is opened, then the amounts shown in your quote and invoice. If you need a payment schedule, talk to your advisor before accepting the quote.
Who decides on the transfer to China?
You do. No transfer to China is made without your written approval and the approval of Management. Every payment received is followed by a receipt.
