What K'sia Agency commits to doing, and how we check it internally.

A clear deposit at opening
A deposit of 30,000 FCFA is planned when the file is opened. It covers the quote and three weeks of support. It can be waived depending on your situation: talk to your advisor.
No transfer without your approval
No transfer to China is made without your written approval and Management's validation. No exceptions.
A receipt for every payment
Each payment is recorded by one person and checked by another. You receive a receipt.
Your funds are banked within 48 hours
Every amount received is deposited at the bank within 48 hours, and the receipt is kept.
No record is erased
No financial record is deleted. A mistake is corrected by a visible, dated entry.
A history of every step
Every change in the status of your file is recorded with the date and its author. You follow progress with your tracking link.
